I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4-7 days for production to complete your order. The average delivery time is 15-21 days.
Tracking numbers are updated 3-5 days after your order ships. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at perry@social.one.

I'm not satisfied with my order. Can I return it? What if there's a problem?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to return the product to us for a full refund. You must return the product at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full purchase price. Please include your name and order number on the return package. Please note: If your package is in transit, you will have to wait until it arrives and return it before you receive a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item has already shipped, you can use our easy returns system to receive a full refund.

I entered an incorrect address, what should I do now?
If you entered an incorrect address or an incorrect address was automatically entered, please reply to your order confirmation email and confirm this. After you have checked the address and found it to be incorrect, you can email us at perry@social.one. If the address you entered is incorrect, we can change it to the correct address within 24 hours. After 24 hours of the incorrect entry, no refunds will be issued.
